Located in Midcoast Maine, Red Line Woodworking was founded by Tate Knowles, a craftsman whose passion for woodworking spans a lifetime.

 

With carpentry skills developed from an early age and later refined through fine cabinetry work with the respected team at Bernard Woodworking, Tate brings a deep foundation of skill and care to everything he builds.

 

In 2019, he launched Red Line Woodworking, and over the past seven years has built a reputation across Maine for exceptional kitchen craftsmanship, earning features in Maine Homes by Down East and Dwell Magazine along the way.

 

Tate's approach is straightforward: every project is guided by integrity, honesty, and a genuine commitment to doing the work right.
